Terms of Service

1. General

SIMPLY provides internet services under its own business terms and conditions.

2. Service Availability

SIMPLY internet is available in select areas. Customers outside coverage can signup and may be required to pay installation fees upfront. If service is not connected within 30 days, a full refund will be provided.

3. Devices and Installation

All equipment provided remains SIMPLY's property unless stated otherwise. SIMPLY may enforce remote management policies to maintain service quality. Installation costs are separate from the equipment provided, and a reinstallation fee applies if service is reconnected after disconnection.

Leased devices will be replaced for manufacturer defects, but customers are responsible for damages outside of regular wear and tear. Purchased equipment is owned by the customer after full payment and comes with a 6-month warranty.

Customers must not tamper with or relocate devices without SIMPLY's consent. Power equipment, such as PoE devices, may be installed and can be turned off when not in use.

4. Usage Restrictions

SIMPLY internet is for use only at the registered location by authorized users. Extending service to other units or sharing it, paid or unpaid, is prohibited. Violation may result in service termination.

5. Internet Plans

All plans are dynamic, and speeds advertised represent maximum potential speeds, subject to congestion during peak times. International speeds are contended and may vary. SIMPLY reserves the right to apply fair usage policies to ensure equal service quality for all users. Plans are unlimited.


Billing Terms

1. Prepaid Service

SIMPLY is prepaid, and service must be renewed before expiration to avoid disruption. Refunds are only available for installation if the service area changes within six months. No refunds for monthly subscriptions unless the service cannot be provided.

2. Plan Updates

All available plans and pricing are listed on our website. SIMPLY may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. Reminders and Renewals

SIMPLY will send automated reminders to the customer’s registered email and phone. No grace periods are granted unless otherwise agreed upon, and subscriptions cannot be paused once activated.

4. Deactivation

Accounts not renewed within 60 days may be permanently deactivated, and SIMPLY may remove equipment. Reconnection will require paying the installation fee.

5. Terms Updates

These terms are subject to change without notice, and the latest version will always be available on our website.

6. Reimbursement – Travel Credits

Customers are eligible for a discount, credit note, or reimbursement only if they travel out of the country for more than 14 days. For trips shorter than 14 days, no reimbursement will be provided.
